Front Control Arm Bushings (FCAB), Meyle HD - E83 X3 2.5/3.0/3.0si

This is a HD rubber bushing for the front tension struts on the E83 X3 models. The tension strut is also known as the thrust arm and is the forward-most control arm on the E83 X3 chassis. The original bushing is filled with a vibration-absorbing fluid that does a great job of isolating bumps and rough roads, until the fluid leaks or evaporates. Worn X3 bushings will affect the ride, handling, and steering of the car and can also cause clunking noises and vibrations. To restore steering precision and taught handling, replace the tension strut bushing at the first sign of wear.

This X3 bushing is a Heavy-Duty design from Meyle. Meyle HD parts are designed and engineered in Germany using an OE+ approach.
