This is the lower portion of the rear upper shock mount (RSM) for E90, E92, E93 M3 models with the factory EDC (Electronic Damper Control). EDC is sometimes known as the "Active" suspension or the M Adaptive Suspension, which has an electronic push button to control the shock/struts/dampers on the car. This shock mount is specific to these EDC-equipped cars.
This is a Genuine BMW part, and represents part of a 2-piece rear shock mount (mounts should be replaced in pairs). BMW calls this round rubbery mount as a "guide support".
Price is per lower mount.
