Jacking up your vintage BMW by the pinch welds under the rocker panel can be dicey. If you don't have proper protection on the jack saddle you can bend or scrape the rocker panel, leading to rust or  structural damage. The sill alone is also not a great place for jacking without an adapter as the jack saddle does not have a tight hold on the pinch seam.

This polyurethane jack saddle adapter for older vintage BMWs has two slots that hug the pinch welds and give a much more stable jacking point while also protecting the sheetmetal.

Slots are sized differently to fit multiple BMW models - 14x20mm and 10x15mm. Overall diameter is 80mm (3.15").
