Tire Repair Kit Plus - Most 2019+ BMW Models (5x112)

The latest Original BMW flat tire repair kit picks up where other sealants leave off and address the shortcomings of other mobility kits - keeping the tire usable until you can get it changed. The new BMW Tire Repair Kit Plus (TRKP) seals the puncture and inflates the tire but also stays on the wheel to maintain adequate air pressure.

TRKP uses powerful magnets to secure itself to the wheel lug bolts. Additional guide pins help align it to the wheel (not all BMW wheels have the correct guide pin layout - see exclusions below). The pump can also be used as a stationary repair kit.

The TRKP can be used to temporarily seal minor tire damage and punctures. The battery-powered device attaches magnetically to the wheel bolts and can stay in place even while driving. The initial tire repair will inject sealant to fill and seal the puncture. The small air compressor will fill the tire and work to maintain pressure, even while driving. The sealant is capable of repairing punctures up to 6mm (1/4") but damage over 4mm may not be repairable.

Important Notes: 
Nearly all aftermarket wheels will be excluded due to the pattern of the index holes. 
Will not work on cars with wheel studs. 
All tire sealants and tire repairs are considered temporary repairs and the tire and/or wheel must be replaced as soon as possible. 
The pump will not work if the tire pressure cannot be maintained above 15psi and the vehicle must not be driven. The pump will switch off when 28psi is reached and continue to maintain that pressure. 
A speed limit of 50mph (80km/h) must be observed. 
The maximum driving range on the sealed tire is 124 miles (200km). 
The TRKP is designed to be mounted on the wheel only once. The pump may still work as an air compressor but the tire sealant will be depleted.

The battery in the pump is rechargeable via USB and should be recharged periodically. There is a charging status indicator.

Note: any tire sealant can damage the TPMS sensor (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). If you choose to use sealant you should expect to replace the sensor on the damaged tire as well.
