This antenna receiver listens for the readings from each of the four TPMS sensors in each wheel/tire, and relays it to the car. If this antenna fails, it won't be able to read any of the four sensors, and will throw annoying TPMS errors. This antenna can often get water or other contaminants in it, leading to the antenna module to fail. This a RDC antenna was used on many BMW chassis, first in the 2006 7 Series, then extending into more models in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. See the full fitment list below.
