TPMS Sensor (433MHz), OEM - F10, F06, F12, F01, F01, X3, X4, Z4

OEM TPMS tire pressure sensor with valve stem for F10, F06, F12, F01, F01, X3, X4, and Z4 models from 3/2014 production. The iDrive and On Board Computer relies on these sensors in each wheel to determine if a tire is losing air. With a failing sensor, or no sensor at all, iDrive will display low tire pressure warnings that may be hard to clear.

If you're mounting up a set of wheels and tires for the above BMW chassis vehicles, you'll want a set of 4 of these sensors to make sure your BMW senses the tire pressure and temperature at each of the 4 corners of the car. If you don't, your car will trigger TPMS faults and indicators on your dash and iDrive systems. We recommend buying a set for each of your sets of wheels so that you don't have to pull them off your old wheels each time you change your wheels. If you're having your wheels and tires mounted elsewhere, you're tire installer will thank you for having the right parts! Includes valve stem and cap.

TPMS sensors are shipped in a "sleep mode" to save battery life. After installing and inflating tire to proper pressure, wait a minimum of four minutes to sync the new sensor to the vehicle. The low tire pressure warning may still display until the TPMS system is reset through iDrive or the BC button on the turn signal stalk.

This is an OEM TPMS manufactured by HUF - the original supplier to BMW for this part, as well as other tire pressure sensors and monitors. As the OEM it meets all of BMW's original design, fitment, and performance requirements and is TUV approved. OEM parts are the best alternative to more expensive Original BMW parts because they are virtually identical without the inflated price tag. This part has a two year warranty.
