Maxilite X Spoke Euroweave Wheel - 15x7" ET24 4x100 - E30, E21, 2002/2002tii

If you're shopping for an exceptional "OEM Plus" type look -- one that looks correct for the vintage of your BMW, but is still a size upgrade from what was typically available, then look no further. The Maxilite X-Spoke design gives you the fitment and size you want, in the handsome factory BBS-made factory style you already know and love. While the stock factory basketweave on US-spec cars is typically only a 14", now you can upgrade the visual appeal and handling with this larger diameter version from Maxilite.  

The BimmerWorld View: Finally! A wheel for the purists that's both affordable and accurate, and allows the use of more common 15" tires! And at essentially the same weight as the OEM wheel at 16.5 lbs each. Using these wheels on the rear, we must urge you to buy either a 3mm spacer OR the shorter length wheel bolts. This larger diameter basketweave is often called a Euroweave, and looks fantastic on 4-lug applications like the non-M E30 models (318i, 318is, 325, 325e, 325es, 325i, 325is, and 325ic Convertible), and can also be use on the classic 1600 / 2002 / 2002tii, as well as the E21 3 series.  (Additional spacers may be advised or necessary), see fitment notes below). 

No centering rings required!  
This wheel uses the BMW sized 57.1mm center bore. While other 4x100 options out there might require a hub centering ring, this wheel is hub-centric specifically for the classic E30/E21/2002 hub. 

Fitment Considerations  
This particular size (15x7 ET24) is designed to fit well on the E30 3 Series RWD models with stock bodywork and stock (or mostly stock) suspension. We'd consider this a safe/easy fitment for the E30, which generally does not need spacers or bodywork adjustments, as long as you use a modest tire (195 or 205, typically). This wheel may also be a great option for the 1600/1602/2002 and 2002tii, as well as the E21 320i/323i models. Final fitment and results will vary depending on tire selection, suspension setup, aftermarket components, bodywork, and other factors. Avoid costly restock fees and returns by verifying your fitment ahead of your purchase. 

You may need shorter wheel bolts! Note that the wheel pad on this particular wheel is thinner than stock, which can cause stock sized wheel bolts to protrude into parking brake internals, especially on E30. If this happens the wheel bolt will interfere with the turning of the rear wheels. This is easily solved with either shorter wheel bolts on the rear OR a 3mm spacer (combined with stock sized bolts). The shorter bolts (21mm) are our suggestion, and they are available in the related items, below.
