This brake pad set is modeled after a the factory pads used on European market 5/6/7 series F chassis BMW models. The pad compound is slightly more aggressive than the standard / US compound, which makes it more suitable for highspeed Autobahn-style driving. They offer good initial bite, are slightly louder than the standard US style compound, and also throw off a bit more brake dust, and are considered a slight performance improvement.

Note: the 528i and 535i "High Speed Brakes" option is fairly uncommon. Most 528i/535i didn't come with this. If your 528i or 535i sedan has option code S5AE, then these pads will fit your high speed brakes.

This is a Genuine BMW brake pad with a two year warranty.
