Front Sway Bar Bracket Reinforcement Plates - E60, E63, E65

These steel plates fit between the bushing bracket and the front subframe on E60 5-series (RWD), E63 6-series, and E65 7-series models. The original factory bushing mount is aluminum and can bend and lead to a failure of the entire mount. They add extra stiffening to a known weak point on the subframe and work to prevent front sway bar bracket failure. Powerflex tests showed stress was reduced by over 20% with just these plates.

The problem is worse with old and worn sway bar bushings that allow the mount and bracket to flex more. Powerflex also has replacement urethane bushings that won't flex as much - see Related Items below.

This is a pair of front reinforcement plates for both sides of E60, E63, and E65.
