Power Steering Pressure Hose, URO - E53 X5 3.0

This is the power steering pressure hose from the pump to the rack for 1999-2006 E53 X5 with the 3.0 M54 six-cylinder engine.

Power steering leaks are usually found on the hoses or the fluid reservoir. As fittings and clamps loosen over time the power steering fluid leaks onto the rubber lines and weakens the hose.

Sealing washers (crush washers) are sold separately and should be replaced at the same time.

This part is manufactured by an aftermarket supplier of European auto parts, including many rubber and hose components. While not carrying OEM status, this part follows the design of the original very closely and uses similar materials. An aftermarket part may even have the same TUV approval as its OEM counterpart. This aftermarket brand has a two year warranty - the same as Genuine BMW and OEM brands.
