Center Console Climate Relocation / Radio Mounting Bracket - E46

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 51168230902 (51-16-8-230-902) and is described as Center Console / Radio Mounting Bracket for the E46 3 Series (the 1999 to 2006 generation). 

This center console is a popular piece for doing Double-DIN stereo upgrades. With the growing popularity of aftermarket navigation and touch-screen style radio systems, there is a need to make room for the larger "Double DIN" units, such as the Dynavin and Eonon CarPlay type units, which require moving items like the climate control, DSC, convertible top and heated seat buttons. 

While we don't have specific instructions on how this should be used, this is a popular item for some of the installs people are doing that require moving the electronic HVAC controls down. This console has spaces for multiple individual switches. If you only have one switch (DSC) then this is the console you may be looking for. Please order carefully.
