These mats are for all E46 3 series rear wheel drive hardtop (non-convertible) models and are the grey/gray color, referred to as "grau" by the Germans. These fit any E46 323i, 323Ci, 325i, 325Ci, 330i, 330Ci and E46 M3 for the model years 1999 (4 door only), 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 (2 door only.)
