Genuine BMW Grommet - 11119157037 - E34, E46 Convertible & More

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11119157037 (11 11 9 157 037) and is described as Genuine BMW Grommet, as used on  E34 5 Series and E34 M5, as well as on the E46 3 Series Convertible and E46 M3 Convertible models.

This interior grommet is used to hold dash trim and interior pieces in place on both the E34 and E46 chassis. On the E46 Convertible its used to secure trim pieces on the windshield "A Pilar" trim (using 4 of them). On the E34 5 Series (and E34 M5) its used to secure dash trim pieces. It was also used on some E32 7 Series and E31 8 Series models, securing dash wood trim, etc. 

Sold individually. The location and number used varies, so you'll need to get a count on how many you need for your interior trim fastening needs. (We typically sell these 4 and 8 at a time, based on previous customer needs.) 

The BimmerWorld View: Are you pulling the A-Pillar trims on an E46 convertible or replacing them? If so, have some of these ready to go. Once you (carefully) pry off the a pillar cover on the E46 Convertible models, you will probably need some of these to be able to reinstall the a pillar tightly. These are the trim panels on either side of the convertible's front windshield, on the inside of the car. This applies to 323Ci Convertible, 325Ci Convertible, 330Ci Convertible, and M3 Convertible for model years 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.
