These are the E70 chassis BMW X5, the second generation of the X5 SAV / SUV platform. This one is the grey color, a popular light grey interior color found on many E70 X5 SUV models.

This sun visor originally had an "early" (2007-2010) version, and a "late" (2008-2013) version, but BMW combined them into one style, using the later updated style as a replacement for all E70 sun visors. This visor replaces BMW part number 51167278575 (51 16 7 278 575). This version does not have the vanity lamp/mirror feature.
It's quite common for this gray visor to become very dingy and dirty looking with age and repeated use.
