This sun visor originally had an "early" (2007-2010) version, and a "late" (2008-2013) version, but BMW combined them into one style, using the later updated style as a replacement for all E70 sun visors. This visor replaces both BMW part numbers 51169113738 (51 16 9 113 738) and 51167278578 (51 16 7 278 578). It includes a reading lamp. 

It's quite common for this beige visor to become very dingy and dirty looking with age and repeated use. The oils from hands tends to make the color inconsistent and eventually they can become an ugly eye sore in the interior. Fortunately replacement isn't too difficult and restores them to brand new.
