This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 31216891170 (31 21 6 891 170) and is described as a Pivot Bearing for the right front of G42 230i/M240i, G20 330i/M340i and G22 430i/M440i RWD models. This is the main hub/spindle/upright where the control arms, strut, and brakes attach to. BMW offers this version with a slight increase in negative camber to help fix crash damage. But if you're building a G20/G22 track car this is an easy way to increase negative camber at the wheel hub. Of the two "camber correction" hubs this has the most negative camber. BMW part #31216877144 is not as much. As this is a new part for a new vehicle we do not have any information on how much more negative camber is achieved.

When increasing negative camber the hub the top edge of the tire and wheel will tilt more towards the strut. Tire>strut clearance will be reduced and a wheel spacer may be required depending on your wheel offset, tire choice, and strut design.
