This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 82111469761 (82-11-1-469-761) and is described as Genuine BMW Floormats for E39 5 Series sedan and wagon, (1997-2000) in color "Titan Grey".
Sadly, BMW has discontinued this floot mat set. Because the E39 5 series has lots of black in the interior (such as the dash board and other elements) the black colored mats still look and work great in the grey E39 interior.
