Has your driver side (left side) door lock stopped responding? Does it not lock and unlock the driver door when you use the key fob remote, but the rest of the car locks and unlocks? If so, you may have a bad/faulty door lock actuator motor. The fix is to replace the door lock actuator motor mechanism with a new one. This is a Genuine BMW door lock mechanism (with actuator/motor) that will have your BMW's door locking and unlocking once again.
