Transmission Tunnel Brace, BMW - E88, E46, E9X M3, E84, E83

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 18211436309 (18 21 1 436 309) and is described as the flat steel brace across the transmission tunnel on E88 128i/135i Convertible, E46 3-series, E9X M3, E84 X1, and E83 X3. These are often rusty and corroded and may no longer be doing its job of reinforcing the transmission tunnel or supporting the exhaust system. 

Note: some models have 2 of these under the floor.

Fitment Note 1: 128i/135i is convertible (E88) model only.
Fitment Note 2:  E46 3-series: not for convertible models.
