The Akrapovic rear diffuser for G87 M2 is a 1:1 replacement for the stock plastic piece but with larger and deeper tunnels to house the larger Akrapovic exhaust tips. This diffuser has the traditional 2x2 carbon weave in either a matte or high gloss finish.
This is a direct replacement for the stock rear diffuser and not an overlay held with glue or tape. This uses all of the same mounting tab locations as the original. The rear exhaust must be removed for installation.
Muffler note: this piece has been designed specifically around the Akrapovic exhaust. We suspect it can be used with other exhausts and tip styles but are unable to confirm others.
