This is one washer cylinder, which pushes each nozzle (sold separately) out during a cleaning cycle. Each car with the HLC system has two of these, and this part can be used on either the left or right side.
If your headlight washer nozzle is either stuck in (won't come out) or stuck out (won't go back in), you may be in need of a new telescopic washer cylinder.
