This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 34212284811 (34 21 2 284 811) and is described as Brake Rotor, Left Rear for 2015+ F80 M3, F82 M4 and 2017+ F87 M2. 

This is the authentic OEM Motorsport steel brake disc, Left (Driver Side) Rear, the same that came with the car as new. This can be used on all 2015+ M2/M3/M4 with the standard (cast iron) brake system. (Not for CCB option.)
