These brake pads are the OE-spec compound for M Sport F22 228i/230i, F30 328i/330i, and F32 428i/430i. There are two M Sport brake options and this fits brakes using the grey brake caliper (not the larger blue caliper). Your car will have option code P337A. M Sport brakes came with a slightly more aggressive brake pad than standard models (as well as a slightly larger front rotor). These will have more initial bite and a more aggressive feel than any standard pad. If not driven hard they will have more squeal than standard pads.
This is an OEM M Sport brake pad set manufactured by Ate - the original supplier to BMW for this part, as well as many other brake components. As the OEM it meets all of BMW's original design, fitment, and performance requirements and is TUV approved. OEM parts are the best alternative to more expensive Original BMW parts because they are virtually identical without the inflated price tag. This part has a two year warranty.
Fitment note: these pads are for very specific trim packages! These fit Base, Luxury, Sport, and M Sport packages with "regular"
single-piston calipers. These will not fit the larger 4-piston Brembo calipers found on some other trim packages. Applications can be confusing, especially on F30/F32 models so contact us directly if you have any questions. For more info on the various M Sport packages and brakes,
