OEM brake pads are the same specs and characteristics as the Genuine BMW pads. Braking performance and durability will be unchanged from when the pads were new and will be identical to buying new pads from the BMW dealer (but at substantially reduced price).
This is an OEM set of front brake pads manufactured by an original supplier to BMW (there are several). Examples of OEM pad brands are: Textar, Jurid, Ate, and Bosch.
