Choosing the best brake pad for your driving is a critical safety decision, in addition to other considerations. What we use on the race track, or even autocross, is rarely what we would recommend for the street. The StopTech Street pads were formulated using all of the same braking expertise as their other pads and brake kits but with a pad formula that makes them very livable and user-friendly on the road.

No brake pad is a one-for-all answer for BMW enthusiasts. These pads work best when used for daily driving and commuting but will not work well in a track environment (maybe autocross). For spirited street driving, autocross, or very light track use the StopTech Sport pads will be a better option.
