New fan clutch to restore proper engine cooling fan operation on V8 and V12 engines used in E34, E39, E32, E38, and E31.
The common failure of these fan clutches is they will eventually stop engaging, and leave your engine overheating while parked or in stop-and-go traffic. Replacing a failing or failed fan clutch will allow the engine fan to do its job once again, and can avoid costly overheating related repair bills.
This part is manufactured by an aftermarket supplier of European auto parts, including many cooling components. While not carrying OEM status, this part follows the design of the original very closely and uses similar materials. An aftermarket part may even have the same TUV approval as its OEM counterpart.
