Set of hoses to go along with a thermostat and water pump replacement on F22 M235i.
Over 60,000 miles it's a good idea to plan a replacement of the N55 thermostat and water pump before they fail without warning. This set of hoses is a good addition of “while you're in there” parts to replace so you don't have an additional failure later on. Hoses do not always have to be replaced but with the tight confines of the F22 engine bay, and heat generated by the N55 turbo, it's a good assumption the rubber hoses or plastic fittings will fail at some point.
This set of hoses includes:
11537594319, hose from thermostat to water pump and expansion tank
11537598234, engine return (outlet) hose to thermostat, with the upgraded aluminum flange
11538602578, turbo supply hose with new o-ring and clamp
We did not include the feed pipe from the water pump to the engine block. This is an aluminum pipe and is not likely to need replacement. There is a rubber elbow for the water pump connection but this is not yet available separately.
One additional hose to the thermostat is not included. This runs along the bottom of the radiator and is the feed line for the HVAC system. It's a more involved replacement and dependent on vehicle options so we left it out.
Fits both manual and automatic models.

We looked for parts that were equal to, or better than, the original in fitment, performance, and durability. These parts are the best alternative to more expensive Original BMW parts because they are virtually identical without the inflated price tag. All parts have a two year warranty.
