The OE-Plus CSF radiators for the offer much of the same technology and benefits as their Aluminum and Triple-Pass designs, but at a more accessible price. OE-Plus are the same dimensions as the stock radiator but with better materials and greater surface area on the vanes for improved cooling (as much as 15% better than original). CSF uses a proprietary "B-Tube" design for their vanes. Instead of a single oval radiator tube, CSF has two tubes in the shape of a "B" that have more surface area and greater strength. In addition, CSF can use a thinner and lighter material that is more efficient.

N51 SULEV models: SULEV is the Super Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle status used in California, New York, Massachusetts, and some other states. This radiator includes a special coating that converts ozone into oxygen, just like the factory BMW radiator. However, you will have to remove the factory compliance sensor from your original radiator and reinstall it on this new part. This can be a tricky process so we recommend a professional perform this work. With current BMW prices you're still saving a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately, the sensor is not available separately from BMW.

OE-Plus radiators have plastic end tanks and an aluminum core for a drop-in fitment, just like the OEM design. All CSF radiators receive design and development in the USA with additional wind tunnel, vibration, thermal cycle, burst pressure, and salt spray testing done at their production facilities in Southeast Asia. During manufacturing, radiators are individually tested for leaks and receive a 30-point inspection prior to shipping. CSF is an OE supplier to several manufacturers as well as providing private-label products for other radiator brands. CSF radiators have a two year warranty.
