This metal sleeve fits inside the rubber mount for radiators on the E30 and E28. It may also be found on other various rubber mounts used on other models.
The original sleeves are often lost or rusty, which causes the radiator to be loose on its frame. A new sleeve is recommended to keep the radiator in place and maintain a correct OE appearance.
