Clutch Master Cylinder, FTE - E36, Z3 (5/97+)

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 21526758820 (21-52-6-758-820) and is described as Clutch Master Cylinder. 

This particular master cylinder is for the E36 3 Series, 5/1997 and later production as well as Z3 models (also 5/1997 production and later). If you have a 1997 model 3 series or Z3, please check your cars production date stamp on the driver's door jamb. It will be formatted like "MM/YY", so 08/98 would mean August of 1998 production. 

If your E36 or Z3 is a 1998 or later production, you do not need to check your production date, and this clutch master cylinder will fit on all 1998, 1999 E36 models and all 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 model Z3 / MZ3 roadster and coupe.
