This is one Genuine BMW SMG Clutch Sensor, as used on the E60 M5 sedan, E63 M6 Coupe, and E64 M6 convertible - with SMG-III transmission (only). 

Only For Cars With SMG Transmission. This clutch sensor is specific to the SMG-III sequential manual gearbox used on on S85 V10 M5 & M6 models, as produced in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.
