Urethane bushing insert for the OEM xDrive rubber mount that improves bushing life and performance. Purple durometer is designed primarily for improved performance.

The stock rubber mount will twist and "wind up", more so as the bushing ages and becomes more pliable. A failed transfer case mount can lead to serious problems, including missed shifts (on manual transmission cars), too much drivetrain movement, premature failure of engine and differential mounts, stress on driveshaft u-joints and flex discs, unwanted vibration, and more.

This urethane insert slides into the voids on the stock mount and reduces its deflection and movement. The urethane itself is also pliable even with the “performance” compound shown here. This purple durometer will reduce driveline movement to resist twist and deflection. Some noise, vibration, and harshness may be noticeable during street use but check your other driveline mounts, bushings, and components as frequencies can shift elsewhere.
