The Center Support Bearing is responsible for mounting and smooth operation of the two-piece driveshaft on E53 X5 3.0/4.4/4.6is/4.8is.

The center support bearings (CSB) joins the two halves of the driveshaft together. There is a sealed set of ball bearings with a rubber mount and frame bolted to the chassis of the car.
