This is a Single Mass Flywheel Conversion Kit, made by OEM clutch manufacturer and supplier Valeo, as used on manual transmission model BMWs with the N52 3.0 liter straight six engine. 

This Conversion Kit Replaces the original Dual Mass Flywheel with a higher-performance single-mass flywheel and matching clutch kit. 

This is a Street-friendly single mass conversion, Valeo part # 835115,  which includes a 2 year (24 month) warranty.
