This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 24117581605 (24 11 7 581 605) and is described as URO Lower Oil Pan used on the GM GA6L45R 5-speed automatic in some E82 128i, E9X 328i, and E83 X3 models. These cars were available with either a GM or a ZF automatic transmission. You may need to check the tag on the side of the transmission to confirm.
