This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 33416764180 (33 41 6 764 180) and is described as "Rear Axle Angular-contact Ball Bearing", which is a fancy name for a rear wheel bearing. This particular wheel bearing measures 45X82X37 and is made for the first generation BMW X5 (E53 chassis 2004-2006), the 2005-2010 5 Series xDrive Touring Wagon (530xiT and 535xiT wagon models only), the E63/E64 6 Series (645Ci & 650Ci coupe and convertible), and the E65/E66 BMW 7 Series (745i, 7450Li, 750i, 750Li, 760i and Alpina B7).

This bearing was designed for the rear of BMW's beefier, heavier models in the 2000s. This wheel bearing is made by SKF, an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for BMW, known for supply the BMW factories with millions of wheel bearings across many models. Fitment notes: On the 5 series models, this bearing is specific to the xDrive Wagons, including 530xi Touring and 535xi Touring in the E61 chassis (2005-2010). Not for non-wagon 5 series. The model years this wheel bearing fits span 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. 

This bearing replaces a few different BMW part numbers, including 33416764180 (33 41 6 764 180), 33416762314 (33 41 6 762 314) and 33411095238 (33 41 1 095 238). This is the latest design of this rear wheel bearing fitment, assuring you the latest design improvements by both BMW and SKF. 

This rear wheel bearing can be used on either side of the car, left or right (driver's side or passenger side).
