This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11317584723 (11 31 7 584 723) and is described as the Timing Chain Tensioner, as used on the N51 and N52 3.0 liter naturally aspirated engines as well as the N54, N55 and S55 3.0 liter turbo engines. A new gasket ring is included (part #11317534251).
