Schrick dual valve springs that have been approved to work with Schrick sport cams (272, 276, 284, and 292 duration). This is a dual inner + outer spring design, similar to the Motorsport/Evo 3 springs.
Unfortunately, we don't have a comparison of spring rate or height between the Motorsport springs and these. However, they share applications and usage (street use only). The Motorsport springs have served S14 owners for decades with near universal satisfaction and that is the spring we would probably recommend. But there may still be a place for the Schrick springs (especially if BMW discontinued the Motorsport springs). The Schrick springs may be a better fit for your engine build - see specs below.
