This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11157603816 (11 15 7 603 816) and is described as the crankcase vent hose and pipe running from the engine block to the turbo inlet pipe on F22 228i, F30 320i/328i, F32 428i, F10 528i, X1/X3/X4/Z4 28i models with the N20/N26 engine. This pipe has a metal end at the engine block but a plastic end where it plugs into the intake tube. The plastic may become brittle with exposure to heat, chemicals, and oil and may break or crack, leading to poor idle and drivability.

A new o-ring is included.
