Rear Main Seal, Elring - E34, E39, E32, E38, E31, E53 M60/M62/M62TU/S62

This is the rear crankshaft seal used on M60, M62, M62TU, and S62 V8 engines in E34, E39, E32, E38, E31, E53 models. The rear main seal keeps oil inside the oil pan and crankcase block but is a common source of leaks. If engine oil is leaking between your transmission and oil pan, this seal is the probable cause.
