This hexagon / hexagonal collar screw measures M8x22, and was used on diesel models, which for the USA include the E90 335d (2009, 2010, 2011) and E70 X5 xDrive35d (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013).
This screw was used to secure some of the turbo / turbocharger oil lines on these turbo diesel engine models.
