This is the timing chain cover gasket, which can be used on either the left side or right side (left bank or right bank) of the engine. 

Sold individually. There are two of these timing gaskets used on the S65 V8, one for each bank. Be sure to order enough for your repair job. Ordering two gives you enough to replace both bank 1 and bank 2 timing case gaskets on the S65 V8 engine.
