Not all hose clamps are alike and these far surpass what you find on a rack at the local auto parts chain or the online retailers. These are all 316 stainless steel - from the bolt to the band. We chose stainless even for the bolt as Zinc-coated hardware can strip and leave un-protected threads. The band is made from stainless steel for long-lasting protection from corrosion.
