This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11147935419 (11 14 7 935 419) and is described as the M-logo (M Performance) Engine Beauty Cover for BMW B58N engines found in 2025+ G20 M340i, G22/G26 M440i, G45 X3 M50, and G06 X6 40iX. It might also fit other B58N engines found in G60 540i, G70 740i, G05 X5 40i, and G07 X7 40i - although we have not confirmed fitment on these “non-M” models.
M340i/M440i note: it appears that early B58N engines got the regular engine cover with the BMW roundel logo. And then BMW switched to this M logo engine cover in July 2024. The hardware and valve cover are the same so we think this is a direct retrofit on the “early” B58N M340i/M440i.
