Power Steering Pump Pulley, AAE Steel - E60 535i, E70 X5 3.0si

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 32427558757 (32 42 7 558 757) and is described as a pulley for the power steering pump on E60 535i/535xi (N54) and E70 X5 3.0si (N52). Unlike the original, this pulley is made from steel and will not suffer from the same plastic fatigue as the original. Pulleys experience wear and stress cracks and can lead to a total failure of the pulley itself. Weak points are not usually in the ribs for the belt but in the mounting holes to the pump. If you remove the belt for maintenance work you should consider replacing the pulley too.

This part is manufactured by an aftermarket supplier of European auto parts, including many steering components.
