N54 Turbo Oil Lines Set, BMW - E82 E88 E90 E92 E93 E71 E89

A set of Genuine BMW oil lines for both turbos on the N54 engine found in the 2008-2010 E82 135i, 2011-2012 E82 1M, 2007-2010 E9X 335i, 2011-2013 E92 335is, 2009-2010 E71 X6 35i, and E89 Z4 35i models. New rubber o-rings and gaskets are included.

11427562800 - Rear turbo oil return line with o-ring
11422246091 - Profile gasket for oil return line (2x)

Oil leaks on the N54 twin turbo can come from a number of places and the oil lines to the turbos are one of more likely. Usually it's the o-rings where the line attaches to the turbo housing. But in some cases a leak remains even after replacing the turbo oil line seals and in those cases it's probably the line itself. BMW uses a braided stainless steel line with metal ends crimped on and leaks develop from inside the crimps. The most cost effective fix is to replace the leaking N54 oil lines with new factory lines.

Another reason to replace the N54 turbo oil lines is that the lines can become plugged and restricted by burnt oil residue, causing the turbochargers to overheat and fail. If you're replacing your turbos, we recommend replacing the oil supply/return lines while you're in there.

The supply and return lines can also become kinked during the turbocharger removal process. If you suspect that your lines have been bent or damaged, it is wise to replace them preventively.
