BimmerWorld Valved Exhaust - G20 M340i & G22/G23 M440i (B58)

Developed in-house by BimmerWorld, and leaning on MagnaFlow's state-of-the-art production facility and materials, our exclusive valve-controlled Cat-back Performance Exhaust for the G20 M340i and G22/G23 M440i models is here!   

As the B58 platform continues to be the fastest growing tuner BMW, we just couldn't resist coming up with (what we think is) the best SOUNDING exhaust system for the B58 G2X cars. We're happy to say we really think we nailed it, thanks to help from our friends at MagnaFlow, and a few local enthusiast customers willing to participate in the development. This exhaust is the product of over two years of continued development.

The Sound 🔊   
This system works in harmony with the cars factory exhaust valve and electronic settings (Eco, Sport, Sport+) to give you a wonderful selection of personalities. From mild mannered (Valve closed, Eco Pro) to fully unleashed (Valve open, Sport+) with glorious overrun pops and cracks when you get on and off the throttle. Between the valve, the mode, and your own personal driving style, you'll find your M340i or M440i simply has MUCH more personality at all times.     

The Secret Sauce 🔥   
We achieved this balance using a Helmholtz resonance chamber, sized and positioned juuuuust right (and tucked neatly out of the way) on the side that is not valved (and open fulltime). When paired with a small muffler, and a series of gentle/controlled mandrel bends, the sound is just amazing in all scenarios. It took many revisions, but we found the sweet spot for the perfect tone, volume, and sound quality. And with zero drone! Whether you are driving mildly through town, or in full “rowdy mode", this system will make your M340i or M440i sound incredible at all times.  

Two Exhaust Tip Options: Quads or Stock Tips    
This system was carefully designed to be compatible with the factory rear bumper and apron. It includes Quad Gloss Black tips for a more aggressive statement, while still fitting in the factory exhaust openings.   

Want a stealthier stock look? We also include connecting pipes that allow you to run the factory tips, as an alternative. This requires reusing your original/stock tip (not included) and gives you two very distinct looks to choose from. Which look will you choose?  

Plug and Play Valve Installation  
The exhaust valve is a plug-and-play installation, no cutting / splicing or janky aftermarket bits required. This makes our system a very straight-forward installation and fully bolt on / reversible.   

Build and Construction 🛠   
Our manufacturing partner, MagnaFlow, uses high-end construction techniques for consistent fit and finish, every time. Each system is made in the USA of full 304 stainless steel using accurate jig fixtures to BimmerWorld's spec. A large 3.5" diameter pipe is used up front, which allows for a massive amount of flow and headroom. This is perfect for upgraded big turbo cars, or any M340i/M440i that's either already modded or will be in the future. This exhaust is ideal for both stock cars looking for the perfect sound or next-level builds that want the ultimate sound.
