This is the Genuine BMW plastic undertray used with the M Sport/M Performance front bumper on all 2007-2013 328i/335i coupe models. It's also the undertray used for the E92 335is coupe.
This part only fits with the M Sport/M Performance front bumper cover. Fastening hardware and related parts sold separately.
