aFe Momentum GT cold air intake kit for F22 230i, 230ix (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021), F30 330i/330ix (2017, 2018), and F32/F33 430i, 430ix (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020). This kit uses the aFe Pro Dry S synthetic cone filter with a sealed factory-style airbox and tuned intake ducting. The Momentum kit replaces as much of the stock intake as possible in order to fit the largest air filter.

The filter size and shape have been custom-designed just for these models to maximize the available surface area and permit more air into the engine. The Momentum air box is then built around the filter to completely seal it away from engine heat. The air intake is completely redesigned to maximize air flow in the airbox and intake ducting, including using CAD and roto-molding to produce efficient designs using premium materials. The synthetic filter material is denser than the aFe Pro 5R so it does not require any dust-retention oil, yet it flows up to 66% more air than a conventional stock paper filter. The Pro Dry S gives you a modest power increase with excellent filtration (99.2% efficiency) but less maintenance than the oiled filter. The Pro Dry S is cleaned using an aFe service kit and regular tap water.
