Throttle Body Seal Gasket, Elring - E46 325i, E39 525i, E60 525i, E83 X3 2.5, Z3 2.5, E85 Z4 2.5

This gasket ring seals the throttle body to the intake manifold on 2.5-liter M54 engines used in E46 325i, E39 525i, E60 525i, E83 X3 2.5, Z3 2.5, E85 Z4 2.5 models. A leak from this seal will cause rough running, erratic and hunting idle, poor acceleration, and lean condition codes. A leak is rare and usually develops after removing the throttle body and re-using the seal so a new gasket ring should be used.

Not for E46 325i M56 SULEV models. These were originally sold in states with Super Ultra Low Emissions standards and is indicated by "M56" on the underside of the hood.
